CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia — “JOURNEY! JOURNEY!” Her shrill shrieks reverberated throughout The Box. Pleading desperately with Rocket and Cap’n, she vehemently requested an 80s hairband cover. “These are all original songs,” Cap’n retorted, nostrils flatring. The tension grew when she turned to Rocket — “Do you guys do ANY covers?” Big mistake. How could she be so reckless? “NO!” Rocket did everything she could to keep from whipping out her nun-chucks. Thankfully, Mr. Puckett sensed the impending disaster and heroically started the set. But it was far from over.

Disappearing into the crowd, we mistakenly thought she had fled through the night. But she was just waiting to strike our crotches again. Before we knew it, she had returned. But this time she was wearing a Straight Punch shirt! Where had she acquired this treasure? Surely she knew she couldn’t get away with such tom-foolery. This is where Iron Crotch stepped in. “Cool shirt!” His friendly pass was met with an angry scowl. She had no time for Zach — she wanted to get to Rocket’s crotch. Eyes full of passion, she cried “I love Crotch Rocket!” As she made her way to the front, she realized she was too late. Rocket and Cap’n had already escaped. For now…

Friends,

Straight Punch to the Crotch is playing tonight at the Charlottesville Lady Arm Wrestlers (CLAW) reunion, The Thrilla in C-Villa. Proceeds benefit Light House Studios. This show is going to be massive, and unlike previous CLAW shows, Straight Punch to the Crotch is playing a full set after the event. Anyone interested incoming should show up promptly at 8, or even before. At previous CLAWs, there was a line around the block to get in.
